Fantastic product aftercare is amazing if you are looking for one of these products use this seller highly recommend, any questions I had they are dealt with within an hour it’s answered can’t recommend enoughthe whole process was smooth and if your looking for one of this printers then come to this company highly recommended

Do not buy!
Was a nightmare from the day I recieved it. No matter how many times it is cleaned it will stop printing white ink halfway through a print. Cannot get more than 2 prints at a time. Have had a converted Epson before which is what this printer essentially is and had more success with it for less than half the price. Engineers can be helpful but usually will give you basic maintenance advice then say you need a new printhead. I understand that this is common within the DTF community but for it to not last a year is absolutely ridiculous. Invest your money into a better printer!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Have had issues since day one and in just less than 6 months of owning this printer, my printer is now gathering dust as the company will not honour their legal responsibility to replace a part to keep this printer in working order.Put your money and trust on a company that cares about their customers and look at other brands. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Purchased this item and the dispatch was very quick, you get step by step instructions on how to set the machine up.I have not had a problem with the DTF printer I also follow a daily routine to keep the printer in good working order could not be happier, communication is also fantastic very helpful an quick to answer any of my questions definitely would recommend.
