Wonderful and sturdy gym mat. We bought it to place under our self-installed TRX system to help prevent slipping. The mat stays in place and works well!

I have been using this for martial arts and QiGong workouts. The mat is decently thick, firm, and prevents foot slippage. It comes with straps and a carrying bag but it is on the heavy side(rubber not foam) so it is probably better suited to at home use.

This mat has been used daily. We love the size and the durability so far. We also like how it’s not too spongy like some materials. It’s soft enough for holding planks yet firm enough to do burpees and squats.

Mine was about a half a foot shorter and half a foot narrower than described and that matters. It is very easy to like it because your feet grip it 100%. No slipping and feels very stable doing reverse lunges or any low impact stuff or any style of squats without heavy weights. Definitely like it. I have indoor dogs and some gets on the mat but dog hair and light debris falls right off when you roll it up, it’s got no static cling.. if it were the correct size I would give it 5 stars easily but it wasn’t and I think that it matters. Its “goodnuff” that the hassle of returning it overshadows just taking shorter steps..like it..but I don’t love it

I actually bought this to put under my dog's bedding while he was recovering from surgery, to soften things for him. But once he didn't need it, I took it downstairs to my workout area, and I fell in love with it. I didn't even know I needed a workout mat like this. I have a more heavily padded one that is great for floor exercises, but that one isn't suitable for walking or any standing exercises. This one is. It provides padding and makes the floor surprisingly comfortable and user friendly. I don't keep it down, but roll it up after every use, because I want it to stay nice. It rolls up fairly well. I would not attempt to get it back into the bag it came in, but really there's no need. When I want it, I just unroll it. It's a perfect size, big but not too big. Now when I go to work out, the first thing I do is put this mat down.The only downside, and this is not a flaw of the mat but still something to be aware of, is that it does move around a bit, at least on the very thin basement carpeting I have. Not anything that makes things unsafe, but I will just notice that every so often I have to adjust its position because my movements have made it slide over. If I kept it down all the time, I would probably look for something to help hold it in place. But this is a small thing and, again, not a flaw. I love this product and am so glad to have it. Highly recommend for workout enthusiasts.

this exercise mat is just right for me. i have a hard travertine floor and was worried this might not be thick enough padding. as it turns out, the amount of cushion it provides is just right for me. seems like good quality that will last also

My wife loves her mat, and our Goldens love theirs in our van. Months later and both are just as new. The BEST PART is that neither “off gas” at all. The one in the van still looks new even after a gajillion dog trips, and has never had a smell even after the car sits outside in the sun all day.

Love this mat. Didn’t take long to flatten out and was huge!Will definitely work for my sons new weight bench!
