I was skeptical. I overthink when I read reviews, but I'm so glad I got it. It's reallyyyyyyy comfortable and did not have a bad smell at all, I still put it in a clean laundry basket outside and let it air for a few hours anyways.It's definitely more soft than firm. A lil softer than true medium, but firmer than my previous latex pillows (RIP)REMEMBER, try it for a few days, not everyone has the same pillow needs and wants. Return it if you don't like it, but it was a good purchase at the price point

Bought two and they are very comfortable! Don't have that cheap plastic/rubber smell. Perfect softness but not too soft. 10/10 would recommend. Great price as well.

No smell, perfect amount of “bounce”, softness, and support. Once you go latex, you’ll never go back to a regular pillow!

I bought 2 to replace the latex foam ones from 35 years ago and love them! I kept old ones in quited covers and only replaced them to save the old ones for pillow shams, but they were still good. I wanted to try a bit softer ones and this softness is still firm for support with pillowy softness. Cannot say anything bad. I do wish the covers were zip ones, but that is my fault for not looking more closely. They had no odor and I use straight away. Highly recommend!

So far, I am pleased with this pillow. Previously, I was using a memory foam pillow but I really disliked the pressure my head felt when sleeping on it. For me, memory foam pillows feel 'hard' and uncomfortable after some use. I took a chance and purchased this latex pillow in order to try something new. I had never used a latex pillow before. This pillow is very bouncy feeling. Sleeping on it felt comfortable, and I felt no uncomfortable pressure on my head. The only downside is the smell. It has a strong latex smell. If you are sensitive to smells, it might be too much for you. I can tolerate the smell for the most part.

Love these pillows, will buy more.

I did not like the pillow, not soft enough, returned it

I love the size, neck support and durability but I dislike the thickness of the pillow. The pillow smelled rubbery when first taken out of the packaging but I let the pillow sit unused for 3 days and the rubbery smell disappeared .
