I know these are good chairs but this refurbished chair and experience was not good . This chair arrived with the box pretty beat up, the red cap that was supposed to be on the cylinder according to the instructions was missing and there were fragments of something in the box. Once assembled the cylinder would not work to move the seat up and down. We could not get the cylinder back out to disassemble the chair and were told we had to get it back into the same box in order to return it. My husband had to take it to his shop and use a portable jack to get the cylinder to finally release so we could re-package and send back. The company was of little support and kept telling us to watch a video on how to assemble and disassemble. This was a refurbished chair and the edges of the fabric weren't finished. I cannot speak to how well the chair works or comfort as the one we received did not work, we had little support and if it weren't for my husband and his autobody equipment, I would still have a chair here that wouldn't come apart or function. Once boxed my husband used a 2 wheeler to get it into a truck to take to the shipping company to return it (it was heavy and awkward). I will say the return was accepted and I was refunded my money but this was not a good experience and I would not order another chair on line.
