Has anybody shown improved bone density scans with this supplement?

5 months ago my Vit D was 19 and my doctor recommended upping my supplementation from 5000IU to 10,000IU per day. I ordered this brand and now my Vit D went up to 59.

The the bottle says vitamin k2 as mk-7,what is the difference between mk4 and mk7?

Ingredient list says mk7.MK-7 has more effective due to its higher bioavailability and longer half-life than other vitamin K homologs.
