My grandfather passed away earlier this year and I inherited a thermos from which he had been inseparable. Unfortunately, he didn't much like cleaning it- LAYERS OF GRIME AND COFFEE stuck to the edges - he said it "added to the flavour". Gross. Anyway, I tried everything short of bleach to get it off and it wouldn't budge. Was starting to give up hope, thinking of chucking it, when I figured I'd give a final try using smth like this. I had to use the whole pack on just the thermos (THAT IS HOW DISGUSTING IT WAS) and now it looks as good as new, sparkly clean on the inside, can't be more excited and pleased to be able to use this and keep his memory with me.
