Very good product! I own a 27' FR Lexington GTS and nothing eas wrong eith the roof but wanted to add some protection and additional insulation against heat in New Mexico! It took 2 days (8hr each day total to complete), with all the prepping, cleaning and sealing down satellite and roof windows using and adhesive roof sealing on the edges first. My RV has an edge about 1/2 so this thick coating doesn't run down and was very easy to apply. I used 4 gallons. Maybe 2 to 3mm thickness. Today 100F outside. Have 2 14,000 BTU A/C system going, one on the roof and one inside wenting through the window and it's a balmy 72F. BEFORE - it was 83F with 2 A/C going. The temperature difference inside is clearly noticeable even without running the A/C. I highly recommend this product. Make sure you clean the roof, prime it and apply thick coat and use roller and thick brush. I bought the 5 gallon bundle package. We'll see how long it holds up. The manufacturer says 15 year warranty. If last 5 years it was worth it.

This stuff works great and was at a good price. It was easy to apply and dried fairly quick. I would recommend it!

This is a awesome product, i am very pleased with it and it dries quickly. It was very easy to put on.

Will only do 1 good coat or two not so good ones. 1 coat wasn't enough for me. But fixed leak so 4 stars

The instructions were very easy to follow. I washed the roof with their wash, then primed and finished off with a total of three coats of the RV roof sealant. Very happy with the results up here in Northern Illinois.

Finally had an opportunity to apply the roof sealant. Cleaned, prepped and applied. Went on great and looks great. First coat applied thin and took my time. Next coat heavier and rolled out smooth and easy. So since I had enough completed the job with four coats. Will coat the slide out next.

1 gallon of primer covered approx 240 sq ft of roof without issue. I had a concern/question after receiving the primer and contacted Beest USA. I applied two coats on approx 240 sq ft of RV roof. This product states 5 gallons will cover up to 250 sq ft when applied on 2 separate coats. I probably have an easy 1.5 gallons left. I think the first coat I placed was a little thinner than it needed to be. The second coat was probably the right thickness. I should have enough to put a thin 3rd coat in the near future. I'm very happy with the product and that it's a soap/water clean-up vs. having to use any kind of solvent. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a non-silicone product.
