Very sturdy, heavy duty spreader. It takes about 30 mins to assemble but is much better quality than most. Also the handle height is adjstable, so no more bending down as you have to with other spreaders.

Once you have put this together it is a reasonably good product but the instructions to build it are not great - pictures are not clear so it takes longer than it should.

So far so goodI use these spreaders on a daily basis day in day out since evn spread stopped making this size of spreader I have been stuck with other pretty poor spreaders to use some at over twice the price have lasted only weeks without needing repair or strengthening been using this for 3 weeks now 10/10Only criticism is that the gearing is a bit fast which makes it throw a bit too wide for my liking but I’ve adapted to that nowAs I say 3 weeks on brilliantValue for money incredibleA know some say it’s fiddling to assemble and it is but I’ve built 10s of these over the years you just need to take your time and follow the instructions to the letterUpdateIt’s now nearly October and this spreader has performed perfectly with no problems at all.great item *****

Good so far, quality seems decent but they could definitely have another look at their instruction manual. Really complicated and the diagrams are small and confusing.

The instructions for this are absolutely useless, the quality is poor for what it is and how much it cost. Really disappointed and i haven't even used it yet!!!!!

Once assembled this device works well and seems robust. It is easy to use, fast and effective.The assembly is pretty straightforward from the written instructions but would be made easier if there was a link to a current video to follow.It takes a little practice to balance the amount to open the feed with the speed of walking. The device spreads granular product well.Remember to close the feed before stopping and open it after starting.Would buy again.

Excellent BUT believe the reviews regarding instructions. They’re rubbish however once assembled very pleased.

From the reviews it seems a load of people moaned about the instructions. Well, apart from the strong plastic odor the instructions are very good. It was easy to assemble until it got to the links that operate the flow control. That bit was not clear, but after trying different ways of putting the links together it all worked. HINT - the long thin metal arm that has a small kink in it with a flattened end and thread the other end. This goes onto the control lever. As long as you get that bit right it does fit and work.Waiting for the rain to stop to actually use it.
