This is really great it will fit around the pipes really great but I used it to recover the edge of the boards of the frame to help protect my walls because my bed has no head borad

A critical part on the A/C unit

While these can be used for a variety of purposes, what I needed was to replace the insulation on the cold side of my air conditioning compressor. I don't know why, but the squirrels have been chewing mine up. Maybe because they have condensed water. These are easy to slip on and I added a layer of heavy duty aluminum foil to discourage the varmints.

Good quality, just made to be slid over the pipe before installation.

The product is good quality, but is designed to be slid over the pipe. DO NOT CUT OR SPLIT IT DOWN THE MIDDLE TO SLID IT ON. It won't fit properly.
