beautiful!!!I used this in a tub 3 years ago for my house; it's very taste specific, but this was what I liked ... it's a pain to install my husband says because you have to do it just so (that's why I gave it 2 stars) , but looks great, it's very admired by everyone and it held up very well. I purchased again 2 of them this time for the new house that I am working on. the only thing as far as function is that the little knobs that form the faucet handles are screwed in and they loosen with time.... I have to dab a little superglue once in a while inside the hole to make them stay... the tub is not that bad because it's not getting so much use, but the sink is a little more annoying with that stuff. I hope to not do a bathtub for myself again any time soon, but if I do.... well, I will buy these again. My poor husband is getting used with the craziness!!!

Product was shipped quickly. Arrived missing one of the 4 flanges on the knob.I do not think this was the supplier's fault, it appeared to have been done at the manufacturer.Supplier tried to source the flange, but was unable to. When we said we wouldn't accept the tap with a missing piece, a return shipping label was provided that didn't work from Canada. Supplier returned our money. We never did get a functional return shipping label.

We bought the brushed gold to go on an antique claw foot tub. (Don’t forget the kit for tub mount) The hose was missing a connector. I contacted the company directly and they promptly replaced the hose. Beautiful and working great!

Update 060520 I had a biy of a [roblem with the double cross handle that lost two of the stems that usually screw back on, tried looking for replacement and could not anything close so I contacted the seller which on turn sen a WHOLE new faucet so I could replace the handle. Very commendable. Deserves more than 5 stars.Except for the lock rings nuts that did not come with the faucet to fasten tight against the wall the two nipples, had to go searching at Home depot, took about 40 minutes to do that, cutting the wall was the longest process since we had to remove 2x4 braces blocking the connections and going to Karbor Freight to get a 32mm socket(had to buy the whole enchilada) to remove the rings nuts t6hat were seized.Otherwise, the end product turned out very well.

The perfect addition to my bathtub! Easy to install, looks great. I've had it for some months and it still looks great and works great.
