Great stem kits
My daughter absolutely loves these kids. We've gotten many of them and they have all been amazing so far. Easy directions. Easy assembly. Fun for the kids. Good quality! And as long as you put them together right they all work and function correctly!

My 11yo son spends a lot of time during the winter working on these. He loves that most of them have a purpose and he loves figuring out where it goes. Good quality and easy to put together. He’s been doing them a few years on his own. Come with their own tool for each one, and he has a lot of fun. Definitely worth the money.

Heavy parent assistance needed
Items come in a nicely marked box, so great for gifting. Each project is individually packaged in resealable bags.Step by step instructions are printed in small print. There is one in each kit. The pictures that accompany the instructions are also very small. The font in the orange bubbles is not easily readable; the letters kind of merge together. While not overly important, the font should be changed. Some of the instructions are in broken english.If you don't have engineering experience, the verbiage is going to be advanced for most kids. As an example, I can imagine the eyes of my children glazing over when hearing/reading "Insert the double ended terminal line into port A on the base driver board, and then pass the double ended terminal line through the hold of board 1." Some of the pieces are numbered, some are not, as shown in the pic. Nothing is really labeled by name, so I'm unsure what the terminal line is.I was also disappointed to find that there is nothing explaining the science behind the experiments.We have not started building anything yet, because it seems like a lot of work. I'm waiting for a day we can really sit and focus on a project because parental assistance is definitely going to be needed. In addition, I will need some time to research each project to explain the science behind it.I will update my review when we actually put something together. Unfortunately, this is going to sit on a shelf for a bit.
