These are awesome!
Best knife set I have ever owned, super sharp and cuts food flawlessly. Just hand wash and dry them immediately and they won’t rust. Very good quality and they look beautiful. What a difference from the other knife sets I have owned.

Nice knife I used almost every day.
A good choice. The knife has an excellent handle and is very sharp. It feels solid; the only negative is that you have to be a little careful with the sharp edge near the handle.

Excellent price and quality.
Knives are first class, very sharp and very high quality. I am very happy with this purchase and I will say I expected to pay a lot more for knives of this quality.

Awesome quality knife
I have most of this line of knives. I buy them because they are great quality, keep their edge and they seem to have the most ergonomically designed handle. The quality is over the top. I give them as presents every once in a while. I recommend every kitchen should be stocked with these.

Blade is thick for a paring knife, but razor sharp. The handle feels heavy at first. Looks good.
The great quality of the steel and handle do not make this a great paring knife. I always hesitate in choosing it over my other paring knife when about to peel fruit or vegetable. It does not feel balanced for use as a paring knife, and at first, my hand automatically moved to hold the knife like my Oshanho Japanese chef's knife and a Chinese chef's knife, with index finger and thumb at the back edge of the blade. However, by ignoring my other paring knife, this became familiar, and my hand found a comfortable hold just ahead of the back edge of the blade. If appearance is most important, I have to say that it does look good next to my chef's knife of the same series. I had given this 3 stars, but after some familiarity, and changed hold, it became useful and efficient for most paring. I can even remove potato eyes with it, by sliding my hold to near the tip.

Beautiful knife, great value
High quality, subtle dark wood grain, nice and heavy round handle, engraved blade. Ergonomic. Great value!

They are super sharp.
I recently purchased these knives and have only used three. I am pleased with the grip. The quality is superb. The fact they are not serrated is a plus. The serrated knife is the bread knife. They are so sharp, so I’m very careful how I handle them. The quality is superior to other knives I owned. Easy peasy. I love these knives. I have not used them enough to comment on any rust accumulation.

Bomb knife has upped my prep game
This knife totally rocks. I work in a kitchen (bought for work) and it cuts so smooth. My favorite thing to cut is tomatoes because you don't even have to apply pressure. Well made gorgeous knife and since I have only noticed when a knife feels bad in my hand, I would say it's pretty comfy to use because I didn't notice it! Leftie if that matters
