I purchased this milk thistle to help keep my liver healthy. To my surprise it has a pleasant flavor. I use it under my tongue 30 mils it recommends you mix it with water. I like it sublingual. Enjoy

Since the pandemic, it's become very difficult to find reasonably priced supplements in retail stores. Milk Thistle is supposed to help detoxify internal organs and is recognized in many countries worldwide for doing this. A friend who was born in Germany told me about this supplement, and I have used it over the years for its detoxifying effects. However, when my local health food store closed, I was shocked at the price when I bought it from chain health food stores. This Organic Milk Thistle is the same quality, but for less than half the price. It was delivered within 36 hours and I was able to begin a regimen immediately. It worked the same, if not better, than all the Milk Thistle I have used and was of comparable price to non-organic choices.

Was excited to find a liquid form of this extract with little to no flavor when added to water. I take way too many supplements so extracts are a nice way to get better absorption. The price and quality are always on par for DoubleWood. I take a few of their supplements and now hope to try a few tinctures.

Taste good and helps me use the bathroom too
