DC 24V 41.6A 1000W Switching Power Supply SMPS AC 110V / 220V-DC 24V Transformer Adapter, for Medical Equipment,CNC,Computer Project of Industrial Power Supplies

I bought it so i could use a car amplifier on my home stereo. I was able to adjust the voltage with the screw labeled 'VV' to 14 which was perfect. Setting it up was easy and now my entire house rattles if i want. I cant tell if its truly outputting 1500 watts, but my 2k watt amp and wires are warm before it is. Makes slight noise when first setting it up or changing voltage but it became quiet in a minute or so as it adjusted. Well worth it.

Excellent power supply. Purchased in March of 2024. Has an unlisted feature: boost mode. If being used as a charger/auxiliary supply for off grid, can be current limited to prevent charging too fast. If ac to the unit is lost, when ac is restored, will bypass the current limit under heavy loads running at 80% (max continuous power) until load is reduced. Helping to maintain the battery % under heavy loads. Whether this is a feature or not I don't know, but it is handy to have.

Gets very warm at 800 watts but works good

I would buy again for same purpose. However, buyers need to be aware that the case does not seem to be properly grounded which caused a problem on my 3d printer. It was easily resolved by electrically isolating the case from the frame of the printer though. The symptom I observed was that upon power-up everything seemed to work fine. However, upon starting a print job or starting the heating element, the display screen would go wild and show all kinds of crazy images/characters. After electrically isolating the case mounting points from the frame of the printer, everything has been working fine. No harm done in my situation as best I can tell so far and a great low cost solution for the purpose.

Has been driving a couple of 300 watt DC motors intermittently for many months. Not an easy load for a power supply, what with the high starting current and commutation noise.

About this power supply to operate my radio equipment and discovered upon turning this machine on that, it has RF interference that you can't even here anybody out there in DX land.It does work with the power that it's posted, but the rf interference is just so monumental. You'll be disappointed. If you're buying it not for radio equipment, I would say it's probably a great product, but for any kind of radio,hobby or ham. Radio, don't get it.

Been using a pair of these wired in series to power my icharger 458 duo lipo charger. Works great and barely gets warm when pushing my charger to it’s limit.
