Will this fit a 2020 Honda Pilot?

Out of the box, the bottom is Pre-drilled for crossrails at 24" on center. My 18 Pilot has non-adjustable rails at 32" on center, however, the instructions state that, "Cross rails on some vehicles are not adjustable and may require additional holes be drilled into the bottom of the cargo carrier to match the fixed position width. If this is the case, attach the cargo carrier to the rear cross rails first, using the pre-drilled holes. Then drill holes in the front of the cargo carrier using the mounting back plate as a template for the hole positions. Drill marks are 2" apart and pre-drilled to 24" on center. Use drill marks for you application. Use 9/32" drill bit."

What does this do to gas mileage?

It dropped the mileage on my ML 350 about 3mpg at an average speed of around 75mph. It does produce some wind noise as well. But the gain of cargo carrying capability is more than a fair trade. I hate a cluttered car when I travel. I am happy with this purchase.

Can I fit 3 golf bags in this?

I have the biggest one. With weight and distribution they demand, no. You can maybe fit 3 empty bags or just the clubs.
