Early days, so hard to know for sure, but definately feel that there is a positive change
This isn't something that you take and see a noticeable or immediate change, it takes time and consistency. So far I do feel that I have a little less morning fogginess and more overall clarity throughout the day, but it has only been 10 days of out the 30, I hope this trend continues. If so, this will definitely become a regular part of my morning supplements.I work in I.T. and (like us all) I'm not getting any younger. Retention and recall are vital for my day-to-day work life, something that takes a slow, constant, decline as we age. Anything that can slow down that process, or even turn it around, would be a game changer.

Surprisingly effective
I'll admit, I do tend to approach these sorts of things with a certain element of skepticism. As much as I think that the "Proprietary Blends™" and "Totally Unique Method of Extraction©" are silly, it doesn't matter much if it doesn't do anything. This is essentially comprised of three extracts: terminalia chebula, boswellia serrata (Indian frankincense), and coffea arabica (coffee bean). As with all nootropics, there's a lot of "may effects" and "one study shows," but it's always somewhat difficult to pin down just how effective this stuff is. I'll just break down what I found from a cursory search on /r/nootropics as to what each one does.Terminalia chebula: Potential effect on reducing seizures, also potentially useful in treating anxiety, stress, and neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's. It does however have a potential anti-fertility effect.Boswellia serrata: Beneficial for spatial learning, potential slight anti-anxiety and anti-depressive effectsCoffea arabica: Beneficial in production of BDNA for long-term memorySo, regarding the four main points of Immediate & Delayed Recall, Cognitive Reserve & Mental Focus, Memory Speed & Accuracy, and Learning Capacity & Rate, this stack seems to meet most of those (and of course we can't count out synergistic effects).Of course, all this is moot if it doesn't feel like it's working. I've been having a rough spell of sleep for the past few weeks, and I know how much brain fog I get when I haven't been sleeping well. Surprisingly, this seems to clear that up. It's not like coffee where you feel like zooming all over the place, but rather, I do feel much clearer of mind, and able to focus more. I didn't go as far as objectively measuring this, but that's the trick with the brain: sometimes just believing it'll work will make it work (and the opposite can be just as true). All in all though I do think there is some merit to this stuff. Nootropics are a rough field for research due to the lack of controls, and much of it does end up subjective. However, there might be something to this blend.

Not for me
I used this supplement twice, and that was enough for me.Instead of giving me clarity, it did the exact opposite. Two days in a row I felt very dizzy and out of sorts. I had to leave a store and go home and lay down. I didn't know what was happening as I rarely get sick. Then it hit me, I took one of these supplements each day I was having cognitive problems. I guess I can't say with 100% certainty it was these, but the next day I didn't take any and my head cleared back up. Am I going to try them again? Nope.

Interesting new supplement
I like the Purity Products brand and this supplement contains Nutricog which is a patented combination of haritaki and boswellia. The company that patented Nutricog has been around over 70 years. It looks very promising. In a clinical trial users of Nutricog showed significant improvements compared to placebos across multiple cognitive domains. This isn't a supplement you will take and see the difference in one day. The earliest clinically significant benefits were found 15 days after starting it. This could be a supplement that builds up benefits so gradually that you may not realize the effect until you stop taking it. I'm looking forward to finishing the bottle.

Helps my focus in the morning👍🏻
Lately I’ve been trying different supplements that are supposed to help with mental focus. Most have worked pretty well, but this one seems to have an edge on the others I’ve used. Typically, I take this first thing in the morning just before my morning coffee. My mind definitely feels clearer, and I feel like I’m able to be more productive first thing. I’m surprised that one of the ingredients is Boswellia, since in the past I’ve taken Boswellia to get relief from osteoarthritic knee pain. I had no idea it also helped with mental focus. Interesting. Premium product with high quality ingredients, Non-GMO, made in the USA, I Highly Recommend👍🏻🥇🧠

Purity Products Ultimate Mental Performance review.
Hi! I write the name of what I’m reviewing in the headline so atleast you know you’re reading a review on the correct product.I like that this has been lab tested in the USA and that there’s no GMO. Both of those are very important to me.I like that this is a 1 a day, 30 day supply and it’s in a dark bottle. They were not all melted or stuck together upon arrival and was double protected from tampering.I can’t speak as to efficacy as it’s only been a week and I haven’t noticed any significant difference. But it has not upset my stomach. I have noticed that I seem a little less brain fog the last 2 days. So it has me hopeful and I’ll continue to take them. It’s definitely intriguing as to what the claims are of boosting the brain 143 percent.
