The product is great and I have been using it, to great effect, for about a year. However, my last shipment arrived hot - ice packs melted, capsule bottles wet with condensation. Amazon will not accept return because of special shipment requirements (must stay cold) so I contacted the company directly. It’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve since reordered so as not to run out but I’m disappointed with the lack of service. Will find a new brand if it happens again.

I wouldn’t normally write a review but if this can help others like me, I wanted to share. I have had IBS and GERD for many years. I usually have to sleep sitting up straight 3 or more nights per week because the burning from acid reflux is so bad. I’ve tried many things including several probiotics with minimal results. After reading some good reviews, I decided to try this after a particularly long bought of bloating and constant stomach pain. Just a week in, there was a tremendous difference. I’ve not had the pain, diarrhea, or acid reflux in the 3 weeks I’ve now been taking this. I even stopped taking one of my prescription reflux medications over a week ago, and I’m still not having reflux problems! This is a miracle for me! I waited a month before writing this review just to make sure. If anything changes, I will update this review. But for now, I highly recommend. No one thing works for everyone, but it’s definitely worth trying. A HUGE thanks to other reviewers that convinced me. My package arrived in a styrofoam cooler with an ice pack and was still at a refrigerated temperature, so no problems there for me.

super, makes a difference in your health

I have had digestive system issues for years and tried multiple different probiotic products that worked to some degree with mixed results. I read about refrigerated probiotics being much more potent and better overall than non refrigerated product off the shelf, so I doctor recommended gave Floragen a try and after several weeks of daily use I really felt an improvement in my digestive functions. I have used it daily for several years now. Obviously, the types of food one eats can still create issues, but if that is handled properly, I believe that Floragen can make a positive difference in comfort and functionality. It is a small tasteless capsule that is easy to swallow daily.

I’m not sure if it works better than my past probiotic but appears to help with gas and digestive issue.
