Beautiful birdhouse! Well built, roomy and the cedar smell is awesome. We have bluebirds in our yard and this year the wrens took over their nesting box so we are hoping they choose this cedar birdhouse to nest in. So nice I may purchase another! Highly recommend.

You will receive a completed birdhouse, not a kit. It is a good product and the cheapest I could find so I am not overly concerned that the build was a lighter wood. I am happy with the product but don't be surprised if you have to make a few modifications. I had to tighten/adjust the door faster on half of the 8 that I purchased. The screw holes are pre-drilled; however, you will need to drill your own if you plan to mount the box on a standard 4x4 fence post. This birdhouse is wider than your standard post. Overall, it was a good purchase (for me).

We have lots of birdhouses and often make our own. These are a very good value and are well made and look very nice too if you are considering these as a gift for someone.

Love the look of these. I know they will age when hung after a bit, but they are really beautiful. Appear very well built and love the cleanout element - which isn't always something available on birdhouses although definitely needed. These were a gift to my parents as they live on a farm and have many many blue birds around. They were thrilled!
