I've had different speed ropes at various price points (higher and lower than this one) and i've got to say, this is my favorite. The quality is great and it comes with multiple ropes so you can attach what works best based on weight and length. I've been using it almost every day for the past few months and it's held up better than the more expensive ropes I've had before. If you're weighing your options of the different ropes available on amazon, i'd recommend going with this one.

The media could not be loaded. It is a good rope. However I thoght the rope was gonna be thicker, but it is good to train. And thanks for the replacements.

Use as part of my training and it does what I expected.Good value for the money.

Swings well and works as a really good rope before it gets chewed up by any rough surface.

I recommend using a light oil to lubricate the bearings prior to use. Smooth and fast action after lubrication. Good quality and easy to adjust size. I like that I can wrap it up into a figure 8, secure it with a hair band, boot blouser or rubber band and carry it in my pocket.
