How does the unflavored taste on its own, with nothing added?

It kind of tastes like drinking a glass of skim milk, in my opinion. No sweetness. I flavor mine with my own stevia extract.

What are its list of ingredients and does they whey come from grass fed cows?

Hi Greg, This protein in particular does not come from Grass-Fed cows. We do however, offer Grass-Fed options— simply look for the term "Grass-Fed" in the title to learn which ones come from GF cows. :)
