Excellent product to help with menopause, hormonal acne, and help you feel your best.

I take only two per day. My skin started to noticeably clear up in less than three days. I don’t have cystic acne, but I was breaking out frequently around my mouth and chin — the typical sign of hormones. All are either gone, or are barely noticeable. I’m curious to see how long this result lasts. I’ll start with 5 stars because of how quickly it worked for me.

I really wanted to love this but I’m just 5 days of taking 3 capsules per night with dinner, I am so extremely dizzy and nauseas I have to stop taking it. Should I only take one capsule??

I’m pretty positive this product cured my severe hormonal acne. It took about a month to a month and a half to notice a difference, but once it started kicking in, it was like magic. I’m about to be 28 and earlier this year for some reason my skin had this major freak out where it was worse than anything I’ve dealt with on my face. mentally it was draining and physically. I couldn’t even leave the house without crying. Not only did it hurt really bad but it just looked nasty and I felt unclean but now people in my life say that my skin looks better than theirs and that they wish they knew my routine and all I can do is thank Clearstem and possibly the Rhode glazing milk lol. I have some before and after photos and I’m still dealing with a lot of scarring, but I can’t remember the last time I had a cystic pimple. It must have been months ago. Again, thank you Clearstem!

This supplement has definitely helped calm down my hormonal breakouts! I’ve been using it as instructed for several months, and I can really see a big difference. My only issue is that it’s quite pricey for just a month’s supply, so I'm not sure how long I’ll be able to continue using it at this price point. However, if you can afford it long-term, it’s definitely a good one to consider for managing breakouts!
