Damaged products
One of the back panels of glass was shattered upon delivery. I've made multiple attempts at contacting the manufacturer and Amazon and have gotten no responses from either. I paid 600 dollars for something I can't even use. 100% would not recommend.

Very happy with the purchase.
This was bought for/and paid by a friend. He is very pleased with the quality. He did mention that is is very heavy and required 2 people to get it set up.

Missing parts, damaged.
The enclosure arrived with the packaging badly damaged. It was missing an H brace and the lid of the enclosure was bent and broken in two places.

Easy to put together by my son.The tank is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier but would my beardie feel the same?Oh he is. Love’s the height. Crazy climber.
