Q: Microphone is not working on my windows 10 using USB

For some of Laptop systems, you might need to set the sound equipment to the USB Headset for the first time use. Control panel > Sound > Recording > Microphone (USB Audio Device) > Playback > Speakers (USB Audio Device). Pls make sure to set the USB Audio Device as default. If you have any questions, pls contact us directly from Amazon message center with your order number.

Q: Not convinced this is a new( i.e. not used) product bag was not sealed and it smells of cleaner/disinfectant. Could it be a return? Not very hygienic.

The headsets we sell are brand new and unused. If it is second-hand, Amazon will mark it when it is sold. The customer satisfaction is very important to us, and all products come with 1 year warranty.

For some of Laptop systems, you might need to set the sound equipment to the USB Headset for the first time use. Control panel > Sound > Recording > Microphone (USB Audio Device) > Playback > Speakers (USB Audio Device). Pls make sure to set the USB Audio Device as default.

Q: Is this headset compatible with a Google phone?

As long as the phone has a 2.5 or 3.5mm jack socket. A 3.5mm jack is standard and an adaptor for 2.5mm supplied.
