I have tried other brands and actually like Kirkland's best, and it costs less. I will say it is best to drink as fast as possible, if not it gets very thick and difficult to swallow. I have been using products like this, changed my diet and exercise and was able to lower my cholesterol. I will be ordering again.

I have to take 2T 3x daily.This was SUCH a fantastic find! I feel so blessed to be saving this amount of money. No insurance covers what my doctor ordered. Kirkland psyllium fiber suger free powder use it every morning and night, works great helps you fell less hungry between meals, helps promote digestive health, it's smooth texture and orange flavor, I use it all the time, dissolves easily.

I mix this with the unflavored I get from my government Rx because the unflavored is not so palatable. 1 tbsp over-flavors 12 oz of water.

Works well to keep me regular. More affirdable than other brands.

I usually buy Metamucil, but it is expensive. Compared the Kirkland and ordered it. Very pleased ! Works the same, same active ingredient . To me it tastes better than Metamucil . Good value. Will order again.
