Great price and works as it should
As described 10amp 24 volts tested and quite a big block but looks like it should last a long while

Not the best regulation and slightly over voltage at low current
This weighs ~480 g including the outlet cable, and has a standard IEC kettle lead style inlet. It comes with a lead. I tested with moderate currents, and measured 24.5 volts with a 300 mA load, and 24.1 volts at 2 amps. Regulation therefore isn't spot on, and based on a similar 5 A unit, the voltage will likely dip further with higher currents. Testing with my thermal camera, there was no excessive heating. This seems to be an adequate choice for loads of several amps, but for higher current loads approaching 8 amps or higher, I'd opt for a better unit and consider one with a higher current rating.

Bought to power a small, static electrical device 9-5 mon-fri and worked as expected. Unfortunately, it worked for 3 months then the device started to flicker on and off if you wiggle the DC plug. I contacted seller and another adapter sent, this one did exactly the same brand new out of the box. The equipment at work comes with Meanwell power adapters so i thought this would save a few quid.... Nope, will be buying the Meanwell now as come with 3 year warranty

It being waterproof
I've just replaced a damaged unit that's a victim of years of walk. The replacement was straight forward just extended the L/V side cables and all is well. Good value and no complaintsWell suited

Although rated 24 volts, it actually puts out 38
Solid build, plenty powerful, although as I said in the title, it actually puts out 38 volts. Maybe this will drop under load but the controller I am using has a max input of 30 volts at 12 amps and is connected before the load so just be aware of this before purchase, maybe your application won't be as sensitive
