Timber battens
Most of the battens were of good quality but a few were not so good. The delivery service was excellent.

Could have been better
These were not a bad price, because timber is very expensive nowadays. However, one of the five battens I received had an enormous knothole near one end. Therefore, instead of five 5 foot battens, I essentially received four 5 foot ones, and one 4 foot one.
