Agmark Grade A honey delivered in hard, heavy glass bottle
Got the honey in hard glass bottle. The bottle is rather heavy as well.Flavour of the honey is slightly sour or acidic in addition to sweetness. (More sweet than that feeling, it's just the aftertaste, not undesirable in the least)It's thin and light, very thin that it just dissolves in water, even without stirring.I prefer thicker honey, because I take it with cooled green tea. They say that you can take 30ml per day. Or 10ml per serving of tea if you take it 3 times. This one would need more than that to keep up with my sweet tooth.(But of course I prefer this over raw forest honey which is thick and bitter.)😂.They don't say whether it's processed or filtered. I have allergies, but it didn't give me any.And I couldn't find any pollen or any crystals in it.I have had multiple instances where I found sugar syrup or jaggery in well known brands like Dabur and Saffolla. And Apis probably had more adulterants than honey. But I don't find anything distasteful in this. The only complaint is the way too thin product without any viscosity, so you need more honey for the same amount of sweetness compared to thicker sweet ones (though there are thick bitter ones too).I am not sure why it is like that. But the seller assured that it is pure honey. There's also the Agmark grading @ A to validate the claim.I've attached the picture of the honey that I poured into a measuring spoon. Those who prefer light coloured, sweet honey might prefer this (though it is not small bee honey).TL;DR: Locally sourced (seller's claim), Agmark Grade A, Thin, light, sweet honey (need more amount than thick honey) with no allergens (I have asthma, this didn't trigger it) in hard, heavy, glass bottle (very sturdy).(No mention of pasteurization or filtering or NMR.)(Not amazon delivered)
