I received this 6% today. And yes, there are no instructions because this is for nebulizers and cleaning. I did not understand this when I ordered neither. I could not find dosage instructions for 6% nor 12%, however, there is one in the One-Minute book for the 35% (one gallon) that Amazon does not offer.You will need to do a search for "35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Dosage Schedule" to get the dosage for the 35% and interpolate those figures down to 12% and halve those for the 6%. I could not make documents that can be used here for attachments.
