Is this product genetically modified?

Can this be used for sprouting wheatgrass?

Our wheat berries are USDA certified organic and raw therefore they should sprout. The process can be very tricky. Having the right temperature and light conditions can make all the difference. What is the wheat variety?

I may be stating the obvious but “hard white”. You can get hards or soft, white or red, summer or winter varieties.

Can you please tell me the name of the variety of wheat this is... like is it "sonora" or "whitetail" or "melba", etc.?
