Easy to use, simple to clean and fill.
This works great! We had a tall tower one before this and it had filters. Didn't work half the time and was such a pain to clean.Although this is smaller in size compared to what we had it is easy to use and clean. Holds a decent amount of water and very easy to fill. I actually think my husband will even be able to clean it easily. There isn't any small inaccessible spots for him to have trouble with and the plastic is pretty sturdy so if he applies some pressure to it it won't instantly crack(he has nerve damage in his hands and can't tell what grip strength he is using most of the time). Definitely helps us sleep better at night and doesn't run out of water on us. Good product, good price.

Perfect size, worked very well
I bought this during the firestorms in Los Angeles in Jan 2025. The air was soooo dry, and I needed some humidity. This was the perfect humidifier; right size, super easy to use, quiet! I moved it from my home office to my bedroom and no matter where I moved it, it worked perfectly. It helped me breathe easier, and I wasn't so thirsty while it was running.

Does what intended but could be better
What we like: This works well in our bedroom. We have noticed we aren't waking in the morning with nosebleeds and the room is overall less dry for our plants too. It's small and fits on our plant stand. Because it's small, I don't think it would as effective in a larger space. As we read with many reviews, it does need to be cleaned frequently because there is quickly a layer of buildup. We've been wiping the base and bucket with a water vinegar solution every few days. We have been using filtered water vs distilled water when running the humidifier, which may or may not add to some of the buildup. Also, there's a small filter that we've also been removing to clean that's already turned a yellowish color. We set the dial to medium and it will run for at least 8 hours when filled to the max line. So basically all night long and then some. Usually we turn it off when we leave the house. We haven't noticed any leaks and it seems sturdy enough plastic. We put a small towel under it as a precautionary measure but really don't seem to need it at this point.Cons: There's not an auto shutoff. Once it's empty it will remain on and have a red light indicating it's empty (See photo). This is why we turn it off when we leave our house. Not sure if that will play a role in longevity of the machine or not since we've only been using it for a month. So, as a precaution, we turn it off. It would be nice if it would shutoff instead of remaining on.Another con for us is that the water doesn't fully empty out of the base when the bucket is empty. So if you don't pour the bottom water out of the base, it will just sit there stagnant until you empty it fully (See photo). It was semi-reasonably priced because we got it on an amazon deal. However, we would not have paid more because really this could have better functions.

Great, no frills, easy to use humidifier
I love this humidifier for my baby’s room. Originally I had a humungous 1 gallon Honeywell. This levoit is a much smaller footprint while still holding only a slightly smaller amount of water; its easy to use, super quiet, lasts longer between water refills, works better, easier to fill and clean, and cheaper than the Honeywell.

Easy to clean
I’ve bought enough humidifiers from every single brand, type and design over the past few decades for the cold northeast winters to consider myself an experienced user. I would say this one a winner. One of the biggest struggles any humidifier user faces is the constant need to keep the unit clean to avoid pink slime and mold buildup. The older models are hard to clean because these things have a lot of nooks and crannies that are impossible to reach. The older ones also require you to remove the tank and fill it from the bottom, often leaving a trail of water over to the sink. The little unit is top-fill, and everything disassembles for easy cleaning without breaking a nail or finger to pry the pieces apart for cleaning. It doesn’t come with a lot of bells and whistles like a humidity gauge or auto shut off/turn on when it reaches a set humidity level. The knob to control the mist output works well to regulate the amount of water released into the air. It does put out a good bit of mist for smaller to medium rooms but requires frequent refills if using it at full misting output. However, the manufacturer clearly labeled the volume of the reservoir, so if you don’t want to frequently refill, then by all means, get a larger unit. Personally, I like the smaller unit because it’s easier to clean. I also throw it into my car or even suitcase for travel during the cold months.I have not experienced any leakage. I used a Zero Water filter to fill the humidifier to avoid white dust all over the place. That’s one of the drawbacks of ultrasonic humidifiers; whatever is in the water will also get dispersed into the air. But overall, this unit has worked well for me for a small home office.
