Almost returned it! Was very exited to get it. Thorough my day I have no time to look at my lips and put lipstick on. At the end of my day I look dull, and most of it not due to my tiredness, but colorless lips. I got the lipstick and tried it right away. Followed instructions and got deeply disappointment. Couldn't take it in one piece, no pigment on lips, mess. Opened my account and started return. Then, I was reading more about it and decided to give it another try. Next morning, before work I tried it again and it was great. So... application must be thick and even, several layers. Time to wait about 10 min. Worked great. Color was beautiful. I think their instructions are a little off, but product is good.

Very pretty packing. Did not have a seal which I think is unsanitary.It didn’t work like specified. The directions say to let dry then peel after 2 minutes. I placed it on and it’s like applying lipgloss. Very shiny and pretty till…… the MESSY peel. It didn’t exactly peel together. It peeled in small pieces. The stain wiped right off my lips. Didn’t stain at all. Total waste of money. Garbage.

Could be user error, but this was my first time trying a lip stain and I wish I wouldn't have started with red. It didn't apply uniformly and the first couple times I used it, it got into my mouth and on my teeth and I thought I was going to have to walk around with that, but it cleaned up. It was messy and you have to make sure you apply precisely. The wand wasn't great for this if you have thin lips. I'd try this again in a different color, but really just felt like I was walking around with red popsicle lips. It wasn't the red it shows, just a weird shade that wasn't flattering and then I was stuck with it for a couple hours.

It’s pretty sticky and you have to spread it thick and fast because it starts to dry fast but it doesn’t smell and other than the stickiness it’s easy to apply. The color I got was berry but it looks a little orangey red. I applied twice to get the color deeper. Whether it functions as promised I will have to let you know. It gets on your fingers if you don’t let it dry fully and doesn’t just rub off so maybe I will get a little longevity outta this stuff! Doesn’t cost too much so I’m having fun. I don’t have on any makeup but I suspect it’ll be cute when I get cute!

I was a little worried about the quality of this item since I'd never used this brand before and didn't have good experience with peel off stains. This product is gorgeous when first applied and it has one of the smoothest applications of all the products I've used in the past. It doesn't congeal and stick super quickly like some of the other products I've used so it allows you ample time to get complete coverage before it dries. Another thing I live about this periodic is the fact that it does not require an activation spray or moisture off any sort to activate. One of the things that stood out the most to me was the fact that the majority of the product comes off in a single peel, other products I've used would get messy because it requires me to pick at it or scrape to get it all off because of the fact that it would peel in small increments. However if I'm being completely honest if I were asked whether or not this product has a deficiency I would say it has 1 that to some could be considered a big problem. Even though I applied a generous and even coating and I let it sit on my lips for the recommended 10 min the stain didn't take evenly. The stain left an even coloring in the center on my lips but towards the edge of my lips and more predominantly towards the corner of my mouth, no color was left at all. Even worth applying a second coat I still doss not receive an even coverage.

I’ve used one lip stain in the past and it worked wonders. Just enough to add a little bit of color to my lips during the winter when they tend to look a bit more dull. I purchased the dark red color, hoping that I could use it as a substitute to lipstick. I’m just not a fan of lipstick and honestly don’t have the energy or the time to deal with red lips. The stain definitely works, but is nowhere near as deep or rich, and here as it advertises. If anything, my lips look more of a warm pink vs. rich red.

It's a very pretty bright pink color. Sadly it doesn't long any longer than a regular lip stick

I painted my lips with this stain, left it on maybe 5 mins, then peeled and went on with my day. I didn't add anything to it, no other makeup, except at one point I did slide some regular ChapStick over my lips, where I live it's dry. I put this on at about noon just to test it out, and its noon the NEXT day and still going strong. The pigment of the stain looks like I just applied it too. I've been really disappointed with the past lip stains I've tried, With past stains I've sat for up to an hour before peeling it off, and still had no added tint to my lips, and this one totally made up for all of that! I highly reccommend this!! Worth it!
