It arrived so dull, it couldn’t cut even the finest of hair. Not even the hair on my arm. It just got super caught up in the hair and ended up brushing the dogs instead. For a company like Andis I expect better. I even bought a new clipper and the blade that came with was equally as dull. So were the previous two blades from a different manufacturer. I dunno what’s going on here but I feel they are sending dull blades with a sharpen packet so that you have to send them off straight away to be sharpened.
