7ft Bamboo Canes 14-16mm "EXTRA THICK" - Pack of 50 (a1507)

50 strong, thick canes delivered quickly for under £25 - this was a great purchase.I bought them to build a net frame to cover some fruit. Beware they are indeed "Extra thick" and will not easily go into some of the plastic connectors sold elsewhere (at least not without some trimming to size). However, once completed they were as strong as anything and have lasted the year well.An added benefit is that the kids now have some great canes for building dens with in the garden!A thoroughly recommended product!

I must admit I did wonder if this would arrive safely, and in a condition that I would be happy with. I am pleased to say it was absolutely fine . . . All as described, and shipped and received quickly . . I purchased to use as a little edging along a pathway, (have started to saw into smaller pieces, hence going for the 14 16mm) . If any left at the end, I will be able to use as plant supports etc, if not, I would definitely order again .

Bamboo canes arrived a day early and well packaged, but a little disappointed as some were very misshaped and very few were as thick as described, many were as small as 10mm on the thin end, we were using them as a rustic roof between 2 garden sheds so we were able to work around it, the quality of the canes are good and the left over will do a grand job for the runner beans in the summer.

Weak thinnervthen doscribed and brakes easily. I bought it to build a frame but this weak "bamboo" is not going to make it, Very dissapointed, The thickness at one end is half a size of the other end. It is not 14-16 mm, Most of them only 10mm. Vary in thickness.n

Only used for one season on bean row, will have to replace for this year as most have broken even though they were securely tied very thin towards the top.
