They seemed pretty sturdy, and they do cut down on the noise significantly. The fact that they are kind of small means they fit pretty tightly on my head. Sunglasses slide underneath of the foam rubber nicely and keep a good seal. But if you have a big head, these are not for you. 5 stars if they fit.
