Don't waste your money
This product was literally paper thin. I have installed wall paper thicker than this product. Air bubbles were common and could not be removed with a veneer roller. The product was way too expensive for the quality of the project.

It is very thin with many little micro holes.
This Veneer is very thing and has tons of little holes the glue can come through when applying it-you would almost need to stain and urethane/seal it before applying it to your project.I really do not like this backing cloth materiel it does not seem to stick as well as a paper back veneer.

Too thin
Product too thin to be used with most types of glue I tried, gaps in the veneer allow for any liquid based glued to seep through the extremely thin veneer. Please provide the recommended brand of glue to remedy this concern.

use spray on contact adhesive, spray poly on back first tp prevent bleeding thru

Did not use it.
It is so thin that light shines through it. In fact the wood if that’s what it really is, is non existent in places, only the paper. It was cheap, I may use it for a lampshade.

Don’t bother buying.
It’s wood look but almost like paper ish. If it gets wet or any chemicals on it (like glue, even spray adhesive) it sort of stretches almost. It doesn’t lay flat at all, even with a board clamped over it with 3k lbs of pressure, the veneer was covered in bubbles after that and would not stay down. As if it was stretched out in those areas? It’s just so thin. Like thin fabric paper lol. The only thing I could think to maybe try is some sort of instantly curing glue like super glue so it wouldn’t get soggy or have time to stretch out? I don’t know how anyone could apply that to apply veneer though. Or maybe use mod podge like with fabric and paper? Unfortunately you will just have to spend the money for real veneer like I did.
