This is a great product, but please please be careful if you have a dog. This product contains xylitol, which is deadly to dogs look it up. It’s the truth. I am throwing mine away because I am terrified of dropping one and killing my dog. There’s so many other brands to choose from and it’s a shame because I like these products.

Works well, it's tasty and easy to eat. The ingredients are clearly listed, since taking it my sleep quality has gotten better and it is a good price.

Arrived on time and well packaged. My daughter recommend these, specifically the brand as she uses a lower dosage. I've tried melatonin in the past and didn't get successful results. With her recommendation I thought I'd try again but a higher dosage. So far, I'm on the fence. Effectiveness & Sleep quality: I get about three hours of decent sleep and then back to the same old, toss, turn and then get up and this is using 10mg. Texture: good as well as the taste. I continue to use and maybe will try taking another one when I wake up mid-sleep.

I have tried so many different sleeping aids. And this has truly worked. I have on and off insomnia and in my bad days when I can't sleep I take the 2 dummies and within the hour I am asleep and I stay asleep! When I do wake up my eyes are a little heavy but I can't tell if its the dummies or if its because I haven't been getting good sleep prior but after waking filling I feel great.
