Got for one of our memberships and these locks are perfect! They are easy to set, easy to use and the combo is easy for our family to remember- But no one else will know :) We don’t have to worry about keys and losing them AND memorizing silly combinations!! The price was affordable and shipping came fast!! I know it’s silly to gush over a little lock- But we loved how convenient and perfect these turned out for us.

I was a bit scared due to the low price of these locks (especially for a 2 pack) but I needed something for my gym locker. The TLDR: Great locks, easy to use, pain in the ass to figure out how to set.The Good: I really like the quality feel, they are heavy and feel sturdy. Also once programmed, it is easy to use. Just FYI, the 4 digit code to unlock the lock must also be used to lock it as well, so dont spin the digits until you have relocked the lock.The Bad: The instructions for setting the code is very difficult to follow. It simply says "turn to line up bump, push down, spin 90 degrees, then set". The pictures are just as brief. I finally got the lock set by following this and forcing it around, finally I got it set but when it came to the second lock I couldnt figure it out right away. So have patience, you will need it.Overall, great lock, cheap, nice once programmed.

I don't write reviews but had to rebut the negative reviews. This is a great, solid, well-sized lock with solid tumblers, and is a great value at the price for just 1 lock but you get two ! I totally don't get the criticism about the code remaining static while the lock is open. First, it's easy enough to cover the lock with your hand for the few seconds before you close it. Second, if that's not sufficient security for the people you're with, you probably need an an entirely different kind of lock. I actually like that the tumbler stays static, because it doesn't accidentally change--it makes it easier to close quickly. Seriously folk, we're talking about a lock here, and this works extremely well, is made well, and is sized right.

I thought this was going to such a great item. Numbers were big, easy to use. However it came apart. I don't know the technical terms but the cog of the numbers fell apart and were lost and now it is useless.

What a great set of locks this was. I like that they are easily reprogrammable so you can use the same code for both or you can use a different code on each. We have used them to secure some outside gear and they do a great job of replacing a traditional padlock. They are much easier to open than a traditional combination lock, and just as sturdy. These are made out of sturdy metal and have a very clean appearance which makes them attractive and functional.

Was trying to find a way to contact the seller, but can't. I got a follow up email from the seller checking to make sure my order was ok, but where the return email address should be it says "Official Email: [e-mail address removed]" One of my locks is not working, the top number cylinder will barely rotate, and the lock does not open with code 0000.Seller followed up after this review and provided a refund. The locks are not of high quality, I suppose the quality matches the price. Seller was great, locks were meh.

**Update from 3 to 4 stars: Excellent customer serivce! They emailed me to offer refund, and had my money refunded right away.Had to break the lock open, it was actually not that hard to do.EASY to set combo, we taught out 6 year old how to use it and they had no problem using it. Served it's purpose for 8 months . . .Then suddenly it WOULDN'T UNLOCK. I read another review (after it happened) that had the same issue. Used a couple of tools to pry it apart, which actually was easier than I had expected.Overall, the lock isn't terrible, but we use it for our shed so we just need a heavier duty lock. I will note there were a few times in freezing temperatures (around 0 Fahrenheit) that it seemed to be frozen, was unable to turn the combo. You also have to make sure you aren't pulling down on the lock when turning the combo.
