EDIT: The seller contacted me and offered to send me another piece free of charge. Their service was quick. I think the first one I recieved may have been defective which can sometimes happen. Im happy with their service and resolution. The new one is good so far. Hence changed my rating for the seller to 5 stars from 1 star.Earlier review: The nozzle base broke within 2 days of use. For such an expensive piece of equipment this is unbelievable. It wasnt misused, didnt fall down or any trauma inflicted to it.I was changing the nozzle and it came off the base. No extra force used.Its a well made kit but too fragile. For its price they dont even offer extra nozzles to buy. Sadly im returning it as there is no option to contact the seller to ask for a replacement.

I usually use a Sinupulse Elite and bought this to take on holiday. It's good and feels decent quality, I'm very happy with it.It even came with salt sachets and a storage bag, ideal

Works well at first but then the nozzles break very easily, you can't buy spares and you just have to bin the item within 6 months of purchasing it even with minimal use. Save you money, don't buy one of these unless they start offering spare parts! Very disappointing purchase given the price paid.

Work properly

The media could not be loaded. ……but, I ordered it to use when my hayfever sets in….it hasn’t set in yet so still haven’t used it.Once used, I will of course update my review and photos.My first thoughts on it are that it feels very well made, good quality materials, and looks good too. Not at all cheap looking.I already own a migraine relief cap which I had ordered and paid for last year from the same brand. I was and remain very impressed with my cap, so that leaves me feeling confident this Rinse Kit will be just as good. As I say, my first thoughts on it are favourable.I have charged it up (see video) in readiness, just waiting now…….Based on me having not yet used the rinse kit, I would order it again, as I already trust the brand, and can recommend it in so far that it feels and looks very good quality. I will update my review as soon as I have used it!

I really wanted to like this product, I was looking forward to seeing how much better it was than a regular plastic bottle.However, I can't find any advantages of using this. Unlike a plastic bottle, you have to keep it charged. It's heavier and bulkier, so not so good for travel. Most disappointingly, the pressure actually seems lower - even on the highest setting.The worst thing for me, is when you get to the end it starts squirting bubbles up your nose, which I found a bit uncomfortable - not an issue with the simple gravity fed plastic bottle.I don't think there's anything wrong with the product, I just don't see how this is any better than something which is 1/10th the price.

I last purchased this item on 15 Dec 2023 i been useing for agesand on 01/07/2024 the moter inside it stoped working its not puming the watter out of the item !!!!
