Hair growth and improved texture
It has been a month since I began taking this brand of collagen supplement. What I've noticed are developments in my skin tone, nail growth, hair, and knee strength. Most notably, when I perform lunges or squats, my knees don't hurt. And it seems like my hair is growing stronger. A year ago, I underwent severe stress-induced hair thinning. I started taking these tablets 9 days ago and I can noticeably see a difference in my skin which I'm very pleased with. I've been receiving many compliments. The tablet is a bit big, however it's not so difficult to swallow as there is a slight coating over it. I would recommend purchasing this product, it's great value for money.
