I've used this a few times when baking cookies, and it works very well as a low-calorie brown sugar substitute that should be safer than most other options. I also haven't seen the clumping you get with real brown sugar.I would give one caution when using it though: if you previously measured brown sugar by weight, your weight measurements will be off with this. My notes for 1 cup of brown sugar said 220g (not sure if this was from my own measurements or from another source), whereas for this mixture I measured 185g per cup. That's just my own measurement, yours might vary a bit.

This is a great alternative sweetener, it doesn't taste like most alternative sweeteners that leaves in bad after taste in your mouth. This tastes like normal brown sugar, I would recommend buying this if you're seeking a normal tasting sweetener.

I find this monkfruit/allulose blend to be less sweet than a couple of other brands I have tried. I need to use much more to get the same sweetness.. The flavor is fine. I do not think I will buy it agaim.

I enjoy the regular granular Monkfruit sugar, plenty sweet. On the other hand the powdered Monkfruit extra to me tastes not as sweet. But this granular form is very good.

Allulose and Monk Fruit combo in mild amounts … not everyday, seems to be the sweetener that doesn’t raise my blood glucose.
