Excellent
This is second baterry i tried for my dell xps. First one did not load and i returned (different manufacture). This one works 1st try. Good value for money.Just one thing noticed - when i 1st tried i got message ‘low battery’ even if it was 70% load… i rebood my laptop, check bios all good. Then message disaapeared. Now it s charging in 3-4 hr and last 9-10 hrs. Very happy with purchase

Used this replacement battery for a Dell xps 13, quite easy to fit and recognized by the laptop appears to have been a good choice

warranty required after only 7 months
Cell 2 in the battery has swollen up, and won't charge properly, AC adapter required at all times.How do I claim warranty on this product? Doesn't have a link to company website and Amazon claims only 30 days.

It works
It works, unlike the first battery I received from another supplier on this site. About 80% charged on arrival, and it took around 2 hours of use to get down to 50%. That'll do me.

I had a slight misjudgment on one screw hole
This battery has worked well so far and seems to be good quality, however the screw hole on the right was slightly off so I couldn't screw it down. However I was able to close the case without any issues.It was easy to install in my HP Pavilion Power laptop, and the size and specifications appear correctly in the support centre.

Seems ideal, no issues at all so far
My original HP Omen SR04XL battery lasted three years before getting progressively less capable of holding a charge, as it was always plugged in and charged to 100%. This replacement looks identical to the original in every detail, apart from the printed text on the skin. Works absolutely perfectly. But... this time, I've re-set the BIOS so that the battery only charges to 50% when plugged in. This is the reason all rechargeable batteries fail over time, they are cooked to death when constantly sitting at 100% charge. Same as with mobile phones, charge to no more than 80%, and the life can be doubled. Charge to 50% max, and the battery will last many more years. You can reset the BIOS in only a minute, to 50%, 80% or 100% charge when you need it, at least on HP laptops.

Capacity not as advertised!
Battery has much lower capacity than advertised 41800mWh rather than 5200mWh. Already installed so can't return it. Apalling misrepresentation.
