I’ve ordered this speaker seeing the positive reviews, but then I regret not seeing 1 star reviews which say that this speaker comes with either no sd card (or) the sd-card doesn’t workSame happened in my case, only bluetooth functionality of the speaker was working. None of the buttons respond to anything, no rhymes , no fairy talesIt felt just like a expensive Bluetooth speakerCustomer service initially responded asking to clean the sd card and insert it again which is a very basic thing to troubleshoot, but then after they stopped responding. It is indeed bad to pack a product that doesn’t work and have a worst customer serviceThanks to amazon for helping return this

Its a wonderful speaker, the best gift i bought for my daughter. She is totally in love with it. It is fully power packed with so much of content, stories , rhymes, n things to learn that my daughter is engaged all the time. She listens to it while eating food, playing with her toys , doing art n craft. Its been a great investment for me as now my child is entertained independently and without screen time. I totally love it n recommend it to every parent.

The front cover broke after my toddler dropped it by mistake. I don't think it comes with warranty. Kindly take your product with warranty

Had a little complaint in the beginning but their customer service was prompt to solve the issue. Really thankful to them as it gives by daughter hours of entertainment, plus the battery life is fantastic, it keeps on going for days.
