A fantastic book of the Courtney’s during the French Revolution. A great storyline pulls multiple events and family together over a thirty year time frame. It’s a great adventure. I suggest you go for the ride.

Give you a visual picture of India, in the we 1800,s the caste system, British rule and tyranny…great character development etc…pretty much a page turner….

Love the way Wilbur Smith continues his line of books together with other writers like Tom Harper. I have all the Wilbur Smith books and meanwhile I also read read all Tom Harper books. That says it all !
