When I first received this product, I have to admit that the odor was a bit odd. I could not exactly determine what it tasted like, but it didn't smell very good both before and after I used it. It did not come with any instructions. I went ahead and brewed it like I normally would with other teas and although the odor did not let up, it still tasted pretty good. This is not something I would go out of my way to buy, but I will drink the rest that's in the bag. It was a light tea and I normally prefer medium to strong teas. Overall, it's not too bad, but I can neither recommend nor not recommend this product.

This is a kind of health tea, but this kind of tea is usually not brewed with hot water, but needs to be boiled in a small teapot. I have been in poor health since the operation. After drinking this tea, I feel more energetic and refreshed, so I usually boil it in a decoction way, and then drink a cup before going to bed, hoping to get more recovery when I fall asleep. Every time I wake up, I can feel energetic and my physical strength is much better than before I drank it. This is a nice warming tea with 6 ingredients. It doesn't taste much like a herbal tea but more of a ginseng and goji tea. Ginseng makes the flavor a bit bitter though. Overall this is a nice tea for any occasion especially winter. I would recommend this product.
