Great replacement for the packet soup
You cant seem to get this soup innthe 300g packets in the supermarket anymore, moinestroni is one of my Knorr favourite soups. This is a great buy and allows me to make the soup as I like it, also will last me quite a few month.Tastes great too, secret is to whisk the soup powder before heating to the boil makes for a smoother soup.

STEER CLEAR
I would have liked to give no stars but can't.Steer clear of this. A packet of Cup-a-Soup will give you a better soup. This is thin and watery and the designated portions are very small. The taste is also very bland and unrecognisable as Minestrone.
