Good range. Easy to install

What a load of rubbish, what should be an easy setup turns into nothing, don't get me wrong it's not the first app installed and checking the settings, deleting the app, resetting the cam, and configuring the app in every way possible still no picture. It knows it's connected and it knows when the cam isn't but no picture. The problem is I can't find any troubleshooting info so have no choice but to send it back and try another, The build feels good and the distance would have been handy......

I had purchased the earlier version of this camera and its was very successful and helped in towing a large enclosed race car trailer behind a long wheel based Sprinter van with a total length of nearly 16mtrs. The camera was good but its only small issues was the signal would drop occasionally due the the van doors and partitions. Also the journey lengths were up to 6hrs and the battery life was limited to around 4hrs. So with the purchase of the new model the range has been extended and battery life improved. This means the camera is better suited to my operations. I am very satisfied.I would add that the best way to use the camera is to use a dedicated monitor such as an old Ipad or tablet that is only connected to the camera. The camera base can be modified to be fixed to any surface (bolted, tie-wrapped or velcro) should you have concerns on the magnetic base only. You also can use a battery pack to extend the power life if required. I’m very happy with the operation and it is perfect to change over to different trailers and tow vehicles as there is no hard wiring. I now use the old version on my daughters small horse box which works great as it is used on shorter journeys.

Item came already used i believe, even box woz new in side box charging cable looked used so this already got my alarm going, typicly after trail of charrge camera would not achieved full charrge and get flat after hour not beinng even used, but great idea no cables drilling and woz easy to connect to phone and app really like magnets...Unfortunetly question is whay send faulty item to Buyer if already some one returned with faoult of damaged battery, i would deffenetly buy another one if buyer would garrante on replacement camera fully working item.

Good camera for reversing up and to a trailer.

This is a great product for vehicles with no rear window as it gives you that visibility. The quality is good even at nightime with just street lights. However, I’ve given this a 4 star review, as opposed to 5, for the following reasons:1 - the battery doesn’t last a whole day so you have to charge it. Since it’s an outdoor product it would have been ideal if it came with a solar powered charger as having to keep taking it off and put it back on isn’t ideal2 - the listing mentions a magnetic mount but it’s actually just velcro (see photo I attached). It does hold, which is good but I’m not sure how it will hold driving at very top speeds as I only tried it up to 40mph and it was fine. The listing mentions 60mph being the highest so it’s quite limited in that sense.Great product overall otherwise.

Well I don't normally give a review straight away , but this camera is so easy to set up , no wires magnetic attachment and clear pic , love it .

I put it at the back of the 18T truck, it is good connection at the beginning, after few time use it cannot connect when I was in the cab, poor quality
