For under $100, this mask is a solid intro to light therapy. While not a replacement for professional treatments. It's the perfect starter kit for someone who wants to try RLT but is unsure if she wants to spend thousands of dollars on it. I used red light daily and blue light 3x weekly. After 2 weeks, I don't see any obvious difference yet, but then no damages either. Will continue using it for a few months and see what happens, then decide whether I should go with a more professional option.

I used to do this led face therapy in the skin care studio, and i know it has great effect, and yet, the price is quite expensive.So i buy this one and i could do a led light therapy whenever i want. I have used this for over a week, and my skin has become better. I have less pimples and later will try to do the brightening one later on.Price is fair, and I would recommend trying this.

I am so glad I found this device. I have used handheld devices but they take a long time to use and it gets tiring on the arms. With this device, I can set it to the particular light setting I need and timer, and lay back and relax. I use it for my face, hair, knees(joints). The more I use it the better the effects.
