60 Count Tiger Patch, Pain Relief Patches, hot Patches for Neck and Shoulder, Pain Relief for Shoulder, hot Pain Patch for Knee, Lumbar Spine Knee Pain Relief Patches comes packed in a cardboard packet so no plastic except a wrap to hold the patches from falling from the box.We brought these patches since we all were suffering from different joint pains.These patches gave out heat and one could tell they had tiger balm on it by the smell. The relief was near instant. There are 60patches and are in the package and very easy to use. It isn't very large for use especially on shoulders and lower back. It also targets the pain points very well. These patches are very good and is worth every penny you spend.

Helpful, but irritated my skin after a while

You get plenty of them and they do stick BUT that’s it. I have tried a handful of these and they don’t even get warm, never mind hot…so I have no idea why these are called heat patches - I was expecting them to be a non-messy version of the heat spray or creams (that do get hot).Tried them on for several hours…nothing.Tried from different packets in case I just had a bad batch…nothing.You can certainly smell them…they smell a bit like the heat creams…but for some reason I get no reaction from, them.Complete waste of money

Very easy to put on I love how thin the patches are and very easy to use. However, takes awhile to warm up and do anything. If you are wearing tight clothes over the top or in bed and laying on it, it does burn and itch just like deep heat would do if you put too much on so it's difficult to wear for the full time allowed which sad, a little bit of a waste. I was hoping to wear this overnight to help with my chronic pain, but it doesn't seem like it's going to be possible and it kept me awake due to the burning. I do have sensitive skin. There are so many on the market to choose from that it's hard to know what 1 to pick for the best. And these are fairly cheap, so it's definitely worth giving them a go. I am wearing one currently because i'm up and about however, I am not sure if I would wear one in bed again unless it's on an area which i'm definitely not laying on.My mum has warned one today as well on her lower back while we went out shopping and she said it was absolutely fantastic and it was lovely and warm and helped with her pain. Love that there are so many in the box. That's definitely a plus.

I’m not one for writing reviews, however, I had to with this product. I have now had this product for over a month and here is what I have to say about it…First of all, it’s brilliant value for money, great for on the go use, travelling or a mess free way to get some relief.I want to add, that I suffer with fibromyalgia and have used these during flare-ups, during the night and whilst out with my kids (summer holidays).These are effective, not immediately but once it’s been on for 20+ minutes, it gets very warm and can be left on all night for example, with constantly heat, without dissipating.The 60 patches come in 6 sealed bags with 10 patches in each bag. I have one in each room/ bag/ car.Overall, I can’t really think of a negative overall, great for aching muscles, aches, pains (nerve and bone) and even period pains too.I hope this helps someone!

I find these patches good, I love the smell and can feel heat thru the day. Also they stick very well and stay on I find they help my pain thru out the day.
