My brush is shedding really bad. What can I do?

Return it. Mines sheds and is cracked. Overpriced piece of junk!

If you have picked up poison ivy or oak on your hands will the bristles retain the oil? Could you be exposed again when you use the brush again?

i WOULD THINK THAT THE OIL FROM POISON IVY OR OAK WOULD BE RETAINED ON THIS AS IT IS A NATURAL BRISTLE. Oil will be absorbed into the bristle. No I would not use it again. I would throw away and start over.

Does this brush withstand water?

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend getting this nail brush wet. Although it will withstand some water, it will eventually lead to the wood being damaged. If the brush does get wet, be sure to dry it as soon as possible.

Is this a Redecker brush made in Germany and stamped with the Fendrihan brand?

This brush doesn't display any reference to Redecker. It does, however, as seen in the picture, have black lettering spelling out Fendrihan with Made in Germany below.
