A fine daily supplement
I have licked them and let them partially disolve in my mouth and the flavor is not bad, but most days I just swallow them. Have not felt any bad effects. They seem to keep me healthy.

They say we should take a full daily vitamin so that is what I do. How do I know it works? I am 87 and in good health. Did the pills do it? I like that these are designed for men of a certain age.
